This website is designed to be used by individuals or their legal representatives. Corporations or Collection type agencies are prohibited.

A contract will be signed before services and payment is expected in the terms of the contract.  When booking, that payment is due immediately.  ClaimEase will make all attempts depending on the service ordered to decrease or possibly eliminate medical debt.  No guarantee will be given on amount.  Disclosure of PHI (personal health information) is needed to properly review or audit records.  This will NOT be shared by ClaimEase to anyone outside the audit/review/negotiations.

A successful outcome is dependent on active, honest participation of the member.

ClaimEase reserves the right to cancel or suspend any members account.
