PROCESS AFTER BOOKING:

Once you book a time, we will reach out to you where we will provide documentation for you to sign so we can investigate for you.  

Record Audit- Have your medical bills ready and we will provide a fax/email you can send them to for review.

Billing Review- Have any medical bills/statements and any medical records ready for review.  We can also walk you through getting the records as well. We are strong with HIPAA regulations and would never share your medical information.  We want to save you money and don't care what the diagnosis you were treating for.

Insurance Consult- Have your denial/insurance papers ready as well as your coverage policy to review.  Once we review we will deal with the insurance company on your behalf and correct any wrong doing.

Results: Time for results vary on amount of bills, record request times, complexity of procedures done and timeliness of obtaining records. Timeframe may be a week to a few months.  But be rest assured we will work diligently for you!!
